SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our order are sent with care and love via usps mail from Miami, Fl.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 pm ET (excluding holiday) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). A shipment confirmation will be sent to you (with a tracking number, if applicable).
We offer free shipping to our US customers on orders over $100 and on orders over $150 for International customers
for international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.
antidotestore.us is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you get in contact with USPS to file a claim.
Returns and exchange will be accepted for unworn items purchased at www.antidotestore.us within 30 days of order ship date for a refund to original form of payment. Antidote will issue a refund for regular priced merchandise that meets the conditions below:
Returned items must have all original tags attached.
Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
Footwear must not be worn, scuffed, or marked.
Return and exchange items must include the original packaging intact: shoe box, dust bag, jewelry box, and/or bags.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
No returns will be accepted for all underwear, and beauty products.
Swimwear returns will not be accepted if hygiene strip is missing.
To return an order, please contact email@example.com and you will receive a return shipping label. From there, simply print out the shipping label and affix the label to a package with the items to initiate your return process.
Please note a return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund
We can only return your item from the address it was originally shipped to. We are not responsible for packages after reaching their destination (this includes freight forwards and other 3rd party shipping companies).
Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Antidote has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
For international returns, chose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, www.antidotestore.us is not responsible for lost returns. charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
